A prestigious law firm with a dynamic and bustling Washington DC office is actively seeking a seasoned professional to join their team and play a crucial role within their anti-trust group.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by executing a variety of legal support activities. This individual will communicate frequently with the partner, counsel, and associate-level attorneys in order to accurately and efficiently process requests. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary legal research to aid in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to lawyers
• Conduct detailed examinations of incoming claims, collaborating with attorneys to ensure accurate and thorough analysis
• Locate and develop relevant case information
• Manage legal document preparation, editing, and filing
• Coordinate attorney and court scheduling
• Handle communication with clients and other parties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background in anti-trust or white-collar crime
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
• Proven ability to handle and prioritize tasks independently for multiple, senior attorneys
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with anti-trust trials is a plus

The compensation range that we expect to pay for this position will begin at a base salary of $70,000 and go upwards based on experience.
