To promote wellness and healthy habits, content moderators must develop and maintain resilience to safeguard themselves from the potential harm inherent in their job.
The On-site Trust and Safety Counselor establishes a trusted relationship with the personnel they support through one-on-one check-ins, as well as ongoing wellness programming, specifically designed to improve resiliency and mitigate the impact of viewing disturbing images and content. Our counselors compassionately support employees with personal, family and work-related concerns, so they feel more supported and able to perform at their best in all aspects of their lives.
