Treasury Manager manages all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Monitors cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Manager allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Develops and implements department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Manager ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Treasury Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Treasury Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Mgr, Treasury is responsible for supporting and executing the Treasury function in FP&A. This role is responsible for managing cash operations for ACV, supporting the Director and VP of Finance to maintain liquidity for ACV's operations, integrity and security regarding controls and bank access, and ensuring continuity across all banking operations and relationships. In addition to supporting Treasury operations, this position is responsible for owning Treasury-related SOX controls, monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasting, navigating fraud cases, as well as relationship management with banking and lender partners. The Mgr, Treasury reports directly to the Director, FP&A and partners closely with and receives direction from them to ensure ACV Treasury operations are operating effectively and smoothly.
What you will do:
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage daily Treasury and banking operations, including payment approvals, bank balance monitoring to maintain liquidity for operations, cash transfers, etc.
- Manage cash to maximize yield and minimize business disruption while maintaining liquidity.
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis on Cash Balances, Investment Performance, and Free Cash Flow. Gather, distill, and report on data as necessary.
- Manage Debt Facility reporting, relationships with lenders, and SOX compliance.
- Maintain integrity across Treasury operations and banking platforms, including managing user access and fraud prevention.
- Support the Director, Finance on initiatives and special projects.
- Partner collaboratively with internal departments to support and streamline Treasury needs and operations.
- Leverage technology and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to improve procedures, processes, and controls.
- Produce Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for new banking relationships.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Finance or Business preferred required
- 4 - 6 year(s) Related experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Previous experience with finance business systems and/or ERPs
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and financial ERP systems (NetSuite or related systems).
- Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining the ability to prioritize and facilitate cross-functional projects in a fast paced environment.
