**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Group Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for both leisure groups as well as associations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients. Note that we are exclusively a group travel company and do not book travel for indocoduals or FIT's.

**Duties:**

- Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences

- Provide recommendations on destinations, activities, and travel packages

- Handle reservations and payments for hotels, flights, meeting planning, and other travel services

- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries or issues during their trips

- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel logistics

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in travel planning or a related customer service role

- Strong knowledge of hotel accommodations, sales techniques, and hospitality industry trends

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work well under pressure

- Proficiency in using booking platforms and travel management software
