What you will be doing : You’ll be responsible for work-based learning (WBL) including student accountability, progress reports, development, and communications with local and distant training sites.

Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with employers and community partners activities to strengthen with employers and partners in the training and preparation of students.

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the off-center (OCT) program including student accountability, progress reports, and communications with training institutes in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions :

• Visit work-based training employers regularly to monitor students involved in work-based learning.
• Develop partnerships with employers to secure work-based learning opportunities in the community.
• Assist with scheduling and arrange for an orderly transition of student employees into the assignment; maintain student employee progress reviews and records.
• Advise student population of off-center programs through individual and group sessions, schedule, monitor, and maintain screening reviews for potential OCT students.
• Coordinate with other center staff concerning OCT program.
• Submit quarterly OCT reports and any other reports needed for the OCT students.

Education and Experience Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
