Road Work Ahead is a family owned and operated traffic services company that has served Idaho for over 20 years. We are currently looking to hire a motivated, hardworking, and experienced Traffic Control Supervisor out of our Meridian location that is looking for longevity with a company.
To qualify for this position you must have retained a Traffic Control Supervisor Card that is valid. Flaggers/Traffic Control Technicians have to achieve more than 4000 hours before they are eligible to take the class and receive a TCS Certification. Experience is required for this position. There will be a $2000 sign on bonus paid in 4 payments as you meet the time requirements of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months and a year!
If you currently hold a Flagger Certification that is still valid and you have enough hours worked to qualify to become a Traffic Control Supervisor, there will be a $1250 sign on bonus. This will be paid out in 3 installments on the basis that the individual has enough hours and becomes certified as a TCS. It will be paid out as $250 after 30 days of hire without certification, but with hours. Then $500 upon receiving certification and a signed company contract. Then another $500 after 6 months from completed certification with no accidents or incidents!!!!!

The Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) oversees operations related to road and highway construction projects. The TCS ensures that all traffic control devises are properly installed and is responsible for the quality of the onsite traffic control operations. The TCS reports to the Traffic Coordinator or Operations Manager.
