The qualified Sr. Business System Analyst has at least 5 years of SaaS implementations experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.The Sr. Business System Analyst is responsible for:
- Demonstrate strategic agility in understanding business requirements and translating them into solution proposals, including custom development projects and/or industry-standard solutions.
- Build trust and demonstrate integrity with business partners by regularly checking-in and anticipating their needs.
- Manage and measure software development and implementations - including directing and validating development, communicating with stakeholders, preparing rollout schedules and validating releases.
- Prepare project plans and provide project statuses.
- Provide technical support by responding to inquiries, running incidents, and escalations.
- Working collaboratively with other departments.
The Sr. Business System Analyst has:- 5 years of experience working in a variety of SaaS solutions in a Systems Analyst capacity.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical end-users.
- Experience working with SaaS partners specifically in Human Resources and/or Marketing.
- Strong Analytics experience - Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders with varying deadlines.
