Trader (Options) is responsible for the timely buying and selling of stock options. Reviews orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. Being a Trader (Options) may provide input or develop financial models to mitigate risk and ensure profits. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area, and may require state licensure. Additionally, Trader (Options) typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Trader (Options) typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Is it you?To begin your journey and join our Crew as a Mate, we'd want you to have:- 3 years of recent retail, restaurant or hospitality experience
- 2 years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
- A high school degree or equivalent
- A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
