Being a Trader (Options) may provide input or develop financial models to mitigate risk and ensure profits. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area, and may require state licensure. Additionally, Trader (Options) typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Trader (Options) typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Community Options has an exciting opportunity within the Residential Servies department as a Program Coordinator in Fargo, ND. A Program Coordinator has two main functions: provide support to customers in identifying and attaining life outcomes; and ensure supports provided by Community Options reflect the highest quality as defined by the accreditation standards from the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and the ND DD Division. This role coordinates services for customers assigned to their caseload, these services include, but are not limited to housing, finance, family relationships, social activities, education, employment, health, recreations, mobility, protective services, and records. Coordination of services also includes the development, implementation, and review of the Overall Service Plan (OSP). The OSP identifies the individualized support needed to achieve greater independence and participation in their community.

The hourly wage for this position is $19 - $24 an hour depending on experience (DOE).
