What we offer:
Position: Corporate Receptionist
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM
Pay: $60,000-70,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Assist clients with appointment scheduling and book conference rooms
Address client inquiries and provide basic information about the firm's services
Offer beverages or refreshments to clients as needed
Provide general administrative support, such as handling mail and managing office supplies
Interact with partners dogs on-site!
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
1 - 2 years of corporate receptionist experience required, law firm experience preferred
MS Office proficiency
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
