Trade Show Director jobs in Alaska

Trade Show Director develops and directs the overall strategic planning, budget, and execution of trade shows and exhibitions. Collaborates with stakeholders, sales, and marketing to develop the business objectives, concepts, deliverables, and timelines of a show. Being a Trade Show Director devises innovative solutions to enhance the impact of an event. Ensures detailed planning and execution of show and evaluates show outcomes based on established metrics for quality and attendance. Additionally, Trade Show Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Trade Show Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Trade Show Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     JOB DESCRIPTION: TALENT SHOW
    RANGE: (3) $1,766.00 – 10 Students Minimum and 5 Community Acts

    General Responsibilities/Duties 

    Communicate with participants, parents, and administrators. 

    Set an example through living by a high code of conduct. 

    Follow safety procedures. 

    Understand and adhere the NSBSD and any specific activity policies and guidelines. 

    Responsible for the annual review of the Coaches’ and the Parent and Student Handbooks. 

    Ensure student welfare is paramount in decision-making. 

    Complete the Mandatory Trainings (Training Verification Check List Coaching and Activity Adviser Staff)
    on/or before the first contract day:

    Specific Responsibilities/Duties
    Talent Show (3)

     Coordinate with Principal on performance, date(s) and time(s)

     Keep a roster of performers

     Document number of acts/performances

    COMPENSATION
    Per negotiated agreement and meeting all “Responsibilities” – payment may be prorated based on meeting the
    responsibilities.
