Description
Experienced Quality Manager needed to monitor quality, ensure compliance, lead analysis, communicate KPIs, and drive improvements. Partner with R&D and assist in vendor qualification.- Monitor and improve quality systems at multiple locations
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
- Lead root cause analysis and countermeasures
- Communicate quality KPIs to plant management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain quality performance indicators
- Partner with R&D for trial activities
- Assist with vendor qualification and other assigned tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a science field preferred
- 3-5 years in a similar quality management position
- Experience in blending/formulation environments
- Oversight experience in regulated environments
- Strong background in root cause analysis and CAPA
- Quality auditing experience
