Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Mission Foods is hiring a talented Total Quality Technician for our Albuquerque, NM Plant.
This position is responsible for the development and manufacturing of corn, flour, and tostada by ensuring products meet quality standards before they reach consumers.
Monitors and audits production processes to ensure that all products leaving the plant meet internal and external quality standards.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Preferred Associate’s Degree in Baking, Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Technology or related field. Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment required, food manufacturing preferred. Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above
