Compensation

• Commission-Based Role: Tap into a great earning potential with our competitive commission structure of $75,000 - $150,000 per year.

Other Requirements

• Team Collaboration: Willingness to join our team and the cooperating brokerage.
• Vehicle: Must own or lease a vehicle and have a valid driver's license with insurance coverage.
• Availability: Ability to work open house schedules.
• Event Participation: Availability to work during Spring & Fall Parade of Home events, Thursday-Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM.
