Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees all aspects of the quality management function for a hospital or other healthcare facility. Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the organization's facilities and patient care services. Being a Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with the Joint Commission, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Additionally, Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare requires a MD. Requires State License to Practice Medicine. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Garage Door - Gate Field Technician

Our growing garage door and access control company need a technician to meet clients at their homes or places of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix garage doors, garage door openers, gate operators, and telephone entry systems.

    Compensation: $20 hourly commission on jobs completed

    Responsibilities:
    • Service, sell, and install garage doors, garage openers, gate operators, and access control systems in residential and commercial applications, including self-storage facilities, per company processes
    • Coordinate arrival times with clients
    • Collect information to update the client database with complete and accurate information
    • Record keeping for client billing, time records, credit card purchases, training, and vehicle and equipment service, to name a few
    • In-person dealings with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors
    • To maintain a neat and clean appearance of self, work site, service vehicle, and warehouse, including stocking of inventory on the service vehicle
    • Assist Management with the creation and refinement of processes and systems
    Qualifications:
    • At least 2 years experience as a garage door/gate service and/or installation technician
    • Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional especially in emergency situations and with excited clients
    • Oral and written communication skills that build rapport quickly with team members, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors, in English
    • Experience with Service Titan is desired but not required
    • Highly organized with strong time management and respect for deadlines, with attention to detail and accuracy of work
    • Basic math skills with experience in collecting client payments
    • Ability to read a tape measure and convert measurements
    • Ability to assemble and test mechanical components and machine parts
    • Basic computer skills, including operation of mobile tablet and cell phone
    • Ability to identify errors and solve problems through critical thinking, sometimes outside the traditional ‘box’
    • Able to work independently, while representing the values and goals of the company
    • Must be able to climb a ladder and work at heights of up to 12’ high
    • Must be able to operate hand tools, manual and powered
    • Must be able to lift, including overhead, and carry up to 80 pounds for up to 50 feet on uneven ground
    • Must be able to sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to engage in repetitive motions, especially of arms and wrists
    • Must be able to complete activities using fine motor skills of the hands and wrist
    • Must be able to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and by computer
    • Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, ice, and high winds
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
    • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
    • Must be able to reach, bend, squat, kneel, grasp, move, feel, touch, see (including color, depth perception, or clarity), and hear (including receiving detailed information orally or making fine discriminations in sound)
