We own and manage 7 communities in Minnesota including skilled nursing and assisted living. Our talented CEO is seeking an experienced, skilled, responsible and dependable individual to assist him with both business and personal tasks that take up his valuable time. Position is located in Minnesota and is an onsite role.

This Personal Executive Assistant, completes clerical and administrative tasks for the CEO. Their main duties include answering emails and phone calls, organizing email and CEO schedule, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· ·Schedule meetings and manage calendars

• Answer phone calls and emails and take messages

• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

• Help with daily time management

• Run errands as requested

• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation

• Coordinate events and speaking engagements

• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

• Manage personal financials of the executive; banking, payments, asset management

• Manage social media accounts and response

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to communicate (both verbally and in writing) professionally with customers, employees and partners

• Must be dependable, cooperative, organized, and be able to work independently.

• Good typing and mathematics skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs

• Active listening and good communication skills

• Proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to multitask

• Strong time-management and organization skills

• Must be able to work with frequent disruptions throughout the day

• Knowledge of an executive level position preferably in the healthcare field

Education and Experience:

• MBA or advanced degree desired
• BA/BS in Business or related field

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Some bending, stooping, and reaching, walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
