Are you an experienced Command and Control (C2) Analyst? Then we have an opportunity for you to support Joint Tests (JTs) and Quick Reaction Tests (QRTs).
The C2 analyst will aid in developing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), Concepts of Operations, and other documents used DoD-wide to solve challenging warfighter problems, with the objective to enhance system interoperability, suitability, survivability, lethality (as applicable), and effectiveness.
As a C2 Analyst you will participate with a team of diverse individuals to:
- Develop, test, and transition validated TTP and CONOPS that enhance C2 of joint forces in multiple domains
- Provide test planning services to the Team Lead related to the aspects of test planning, test article development, test conduct, data collection, data analysis and reporting

A week in the life of a C2 Analyst:
- Support the test team in test design, establish of measures of performance and effectiveness, and develop detailed test requirements to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Research and identify venues, ranges, facilities, and stakeholders required to develop, plan, and execute operational tests and validate effectiveness of test articles.
- Offer risk reduction strategies, risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.
- Develop reports and support project reviews with Service, interagency, and Combatant Command organizations as necessary.
