Unique opportunity for someone who can utilize multi-tasking skills to oversee menus and execution at restaurant outlets, catering and events. These are a full-service and a limited-service property at a close distance to each other.

Essential Skills

• Previous hotel food and culinary leadership experience required
• Catering, event and high volume execution
• Proven track record of training, coaching and developing others
• Ability to multi-task, delegate and communicate
