We are expanding our team! Applications are invited for an additional Organizational Development and Learning Consultant in the Human Resources Division, located at the Welland Campus.
The salary range is $85,529 to $106,911 for a 35 hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.
Reporting to the Director, Centre for Organizational Excellence, the successful candidate is responsible for organizational development and learning initiatives that are aligned with the college’s strategic priorities and meet the needs of the college’s teams.
The incumbent provides consultation and support for organizational change and effectiveness and consultation to leaders related to organizational development , employee engagement, and team development.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
developing evidence-based recommendations, and working with leaders and teams to implement recommendations
