The Organizational Development Specialist will play a significant role in Organizational Development, Engagement and Inclusion functions such as assessments, interventions, and learning initiatives. This position will collaboratively action plan and implement relevant initiatives to support organizational development using evidence-based practices.
Consults with leaders about developmental needs for their teams and support steps for assessment, engagement, development and evaluation of effectiveness as it relates to Health Equity and Community Engagement. Conducts Health Equity and Community Engagement listening sessions to gather data about phenomena that affect employee, team, and organizational effectiveness, and makes recommendations for process improvement, change management, employee development and engagement, patient and stakeholder experience, and financial stewardship. Plans, designs, and implements evidence-based programs and relevant initiatives, to improve leadership, employee, team, and organizational performance around health equity and community engagement.. Supports ODEI Program Managers with the design, development, and facilitation of training programs for leaders, employees and providers when required. Facilitates learning activities related to Health Equity and Community Engagement Works collaboratively with members of the ODEI team to support system-wide initiatives that are managed by the ODEI team. Manages data for community engagement and health equity assessments and reporting Consults with leaders on community partnership and data needs to support patient and community health initiatives. Support Community Engagement reporting such as community benefit and Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Maintain records for team programming, including reporting from the Learning Management System (LMS), Community Benefit Software (CBISA), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Education: Bachelors degree in related field (required) Masters degree in related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 3-years related experience required.
