    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational development strategy aligned with l oanDepot's business objectives and growth plans.
    • Talent Development: Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, employee training, and career pathing initiatives.
    • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive individual and team effectiveness.
    • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
    • Culture Building: Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture that values diversity, equity, and belonging, fostering high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and developing action plans to address areas of improvement.
    • Learning & Development: Identify learning needs and design learning interventions to enhance employee skills and competencies, leveraging both internal and external resources.
    • Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess organizational health, measure the impact of organizational development initiatives, and make informed decisions.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Units, to ensure alignment and integration of organizational development efforts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field .
    • Proven experience (5 years) in organizational development, talent management, or related HR functions, preferably in a high-growth environment.
    • Strong understanding of organizational behavior & change management principles .
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Passion for driving employee engagement, fostering a culture of learning and innovation, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
