Overview: This position is accountable for the daily restaurant operations at both stores while
managing the Operational team.
Reports to: Managing Director
Direct Reports: Senior Director of Operations (Roseville), Senior Director of Operations (Arden
Hills), Senior Director of Kitchen (both stores)
Responsibilities:
● Provide vision and leadership for FOH & BOH Operations at each store
● Set strategy for operational systems and processes at each store.
● Develop leaders to support the FOH & BOH Operations at each stores
● Ensure FOH & BOH Operations and Development systems support the overall strategy
of the company
● Set all operational budgets (Labor, Food, Repairs, etc) and work with Senior Directors to
ensure that they are followed and corrected when needed
● Meet 1on1 with Senior Directors to discuss the business and problem solve to improve
results
● Meet with any other leaders throughout the business to provide support,
encouragement, and help to manage any conflict between the team
● Explore and implement new ways to improve operational efficiencies at both stores
● Assist in leading the weekly All-Director Meeting
● Analyze the P&L statement, IPO report, Customer Engagement reports, and all other
relevant reports to make decisions to improve the business
● Daily walkthrough the restaurants ensuring all systems are being followed
● Facilitate the sharing of employees who work at both stores
● Regularly meet with team members and leaders, where necessary, to help facilitate and
improve team
● Work with Senior Directors to create quarterly and annual plans and goals
● Work collaboratively with other Executive Directors, Managing Director, and Operator to
set overall company strategy and ensure all areas of the business are supported and
company goals are met
● Participate in quarterly team building events
● Create clarity in defining job responsibilities and performance scoreboards for all
operational roles
● Culture catalyst to intentionally foster, protect, and grow a healthy and positive culture at
each restaurant
