We are a locally owned and top producing real estate and property management company that sells, manages, and maintains privately owned real estate portfolios throughout the greater Madison area. We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our team.

What does this job entail?

Role Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of our residential real estate portfolio
• Communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians
• Application processing
• Move-In coordination
• Move-Out coordination
• Walkthrough inspections
• Project management
• General office and administrative duties
• Ensure outstanding client relations and service

Ideal Candidate:

• Property Management Experience or HOA Management Experience
• General Real Estate Knowledge
• Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
