Key Role Summary
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will collaborate with the Board to lead the development, well-being, and management of our health center. You will provide strategic direction, ensuring effective implementation of fiscal, operational, marketing, human resources, technological, and programmatic strategies throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to boost profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage senior staff, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Act as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services while preparing for future growth.
- Support Board development, fundraising efforts, and community involvement.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide timely financial reports.
- Monitor progress against goals and hold team members accountable for key performance indicators.
- Foster a culture that mirrors the organization's values, encourages excellence, and rewards productivity.
- MBA or advanced degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years in senior management at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, operations, and human resources.
- Proven track record of effective team leadership and results-driven management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Henderson, TX, with a relocation package provided.
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as necessary.
- Successful completion of criminal background checks, personal financial screenings, and drug and alcohol tests.
- Compliance with State and Federal employment eligibility guidelines.
