Position Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), involving a range of tasks that demand precision and independent decision-making. Your responsibilities will include managing information, drafting correspondences and presentations, scheduling meetings, and assisting with administrative duties for the CEO and the Executive Team. This role offers the chance to closely collaborate with leadership and contribute to organizational strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support and manage information for the CEO.
- Organize the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Assist the Executive Team with scheduling, expense reports, and travel logistics.
- Prepare for meetings, events, and site visits with various stakeholders.
- Support board meeting logistics and documentation.
- Coordinate staff meetings and assist with meeting preparations.
- Attend and take minutes at executive and leadership team meetings.
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of administrative or project management experience, or equivalent.
- Preferably, experience in nonprofit or youth-serving organizations.
- Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
