    Key Responsibilities

    Leading a team of analysts and external partners to enhance Revenue Cycle Management processes.

    Developing and maintaining a Vendor Quality Program to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.

    Implementing strategies to optimize vendor resources and achieve maximum ROI.

    Building strong relationships with vendors to streamline processes and drive overall success.

    Collaborating across departments to leverage data-driven insights for impactful decision-making.

    Creating and presenting vendor performance reports to stakeholders, aligning with contractual requirements.

    Supporting executive requests by providing data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.

    Upholding departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education: Preference for a Healthcare Administration background.

    License/Certification: Lean Six Sigma certification considered a plus.

    Experience

    • 3 years in Revenue cycle management.
    • 3 years of experience in data analytics and automation.
    • 2 years managing onshore and offshore vendor resources.
