Roles and Responsibilities -
Maintain Internal Systems: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of internal systems, Including CRM, project management software, and financial databases. Regularly Update and maintain records to reflect current information.
Accounts Management: Process invoices and payments for auditors, maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Client Data Management: Manage client data and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Update client information as needed and maintain organized client databases.
Internal Auditing and Compliance: Conduct quarterly internal audits, identifying and addressing any non-conformities or grievances to maintain compliance standards.
Management Information Systems (MIS): Manage Management Information Systems (MIS), generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making and project evaluation.
General Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents. Help maintain a positive and organized office environment.
Project Coordination: Assist in project coordination activities, including tracking project progress, coordinating with team members.
Educational Background & Experience Required
MBA/Bachelor’s degree in management (or related field).
