    Job Overview:

    The Vice President of Strategic Reporting and Support is a full time position reporting to the Senior Vice President of Client Compensation and Advisory Billing. This VP will play a pivotal role providing strategic support for Senior Vice President of Client Compensation and Advisory billing as well as regular reporting to executive leadership in the organization. In this role, the VP will collaborate with the SVP, executive team members, and leaders across multiple teams to support strategy and execution of the compensation and advisory billing organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving strategic planning and cross-functional change efforts, leading development of executive presentation materials, and building / refining key processes to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality completion of senior-level deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of influencing senior leadership, collaborating across stakeholder groups and leading key change efforts as well as critical skills in developing and leading high performing teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as connection point across the compensation, advisory billing, service, remediation and performance and data reconciliation teams to drive execution and reporting of cross-functional strategic initiatives
    • Manage and produce executive and Managing Director and Executive Vice President level presentation materials for various subject matter across the Client Compensation and Advisory Billing organization
    • Manage Executive Steering Committee reporting process and timeline management
    • Partner with leadership to develop, monitor and communicate progress against goals/OKRs
    • Drive alignment across Client Compensation and Advisory Billing by managing all hands meetings and leadership meetings
    • Track, manage, and provide executive-level updates on priority tasks across the Client Compensation and Advisory Billing organization to ensure timely, high-quality execution
    • Lead the development and execution of all executive-level reporting
    • Hire, train and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic environment
    • Serve as a strategic partner to other organizations across LPL to drive key change efforts

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
    • 10 years of experience with strategic planning, executive-level communication, and project management
    • Executive level presentation experience preferred

    • A proven history of building and maintaining excellent relationships and partnering with executives at all levels to help drive change
    • Ability to develop and manage a high-performing team

    • Strong time management and organizational skills

    • Licenses Preferred: Series 99, 7, 24, 63 and 65 (66)


    Pay Range:

    $119,120-$178,680/year

    Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
