    Position Description

    As a key player in our team, this role will lead the development of our e-commerce channel. Responsibilities include executing strategies for growth, understanding customer needs, and collaborating across various departments to ensure the success of this essential business channel. The successful candidate will also take on profit and loss responsibilities for our e-commerce platform, overseeing its overall performance and success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the implementation of our e-commerce sales strategy using Salesforce Commerce on Core platform.
    • Collaborate with IT, marketing, fulfillment, finance, and sales teams to establish a solid infrastructure for continued e-commerce growth.
    • Drive revenue and profit growth for the e-commerce channel, taking ownership of the profit and loss metrics.
    • Develop and manage KPIs to measure and enhance the performance of the e-commerce platform.
    • Forge strong partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders, working closely to optimize customer engagement and sales conversion.
    • Utilize data insights to inform strategies for channel development and promotion.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to create effective e-commerce marketing plans.

    Qualifications

    • Strategic thinker with a business ownership mindset and a passion for innovation.
    • Previous experience in e-commerce implementation, particularly in the service industry.
    • Proven ability to navigate challenges and learn from setbacks proactively.
    • Minimum 7 years of e-commerce platform experience with a focus on channel growth.
    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
    • At least 7 years of sales and marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing or e-commerce in a B2C setting.
    • Relevant experience in the security industry is a plus.
    • Proficiency in e-commerce omni-channel sales.
