About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Director. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operational and administrative tasks within the office, ensuring efficient functioning through meticulous organization and exceptional writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling a variety of responsibilities including coordinating events, managing meetings, and providing direct assistance to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
• Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
• Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
• Assist with special projects as needed, contributing to the overall well-being and goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a track record of impeccable organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proficiency in drafting documents and correspondence that reflect the professionalism of the AACC.
• Ability to work closely with high-level executives and maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred but not required: Proficiency in QuickBooks, DocuSign and other office management systems.
• A proactive approach, with an ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage calendars and communications for team leadership.
• Desire to create positive experiences for others.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $45,000-$65,000 (commensurate on experience)
