Top Hinsdale Broker is looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented person to help coordinate administrative functions for a high-volume, luxury real estate business.
The Executive Real Estate Coordinator is the glue of the business. This position is responsible for ensuring the business functions in a smooth and efficient manner. This includes the physical office and general workings necessary to support future associates, staff, and broker/owner. It is an administrative and office leadership role.
This position is in-person. Some travel to properties may be required. Some scheduled evenings and weekends will be a part of this role.
Real Estate License is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
· Helping to improve, maintain, and document systems and processes for the team
· Assisting with projects, daily tasks, and assignments.
· Helping to coordinate and execute the team's existing marketing strategy
· A good understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and social media marketing
· Processing paperwork and paperless transactions/listings, pendings, closings, processing bills, monitoring email correspondence, and other duties as assigned
· Facilitating client gifts, events, and follow-up processes
· Helping to maintain team website
· Helping plan and facilitate team meetings
· Being a resource for team lead and proactively checking in
· Facilitating all aspects of the business including setting up buyer tours, scheduling property showings, coordinating outside vendors
· Working with broker/owner to implement team growth strategy
The ideal candidate:
· Qualifications: MBA preferred, fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office
