Top Division Human Resources Executive plans and directs human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives for a division or region within an organization. Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics.     • Work with performance managers, regional managers and site managers on any HR related issues.
    • Assist field offices with development of strategies to reduce turnover and increase retention.
    • Coordinate optimization of HRIS systems (Kronos) to meet workforce requirements, crafting opportunities for automation, reduction of manual processes, and simple processes that help drive accuracy and completeness.
    • Oversee compliance activity and maintain knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks and applicable employment legislation and laws to ensure local compliance.
    • Assisting with the development of tools/methods/procedures for collecting and analyzing human capital data
    • Identify new opportunities where Recruitment can add value to the organization and maintain knowledge of recruiting best practices and trends to lead change across Field Organization to help shape the culture.
    • Partner with Senior Management within the organization to help leaders forecast, plan, and acquire key talent in support of the overall organizational strategies and operating plans.
    • Leading a high performing team by creating a culture of accountability that ensures delivery of timely, quality services and meets partner’s needs.
    • Manage the organization's performance program including:
    • Goal setting, feedback, corrective action, and performance communication; ensures employee performance is aligned against the overall organizational objectives.
    • Proactively oversee analyzation of workforce trends and metrics to develop plans to increase overall employee engagement and retention.
    • Ability to manage projects and develop clear, actionable steps to accomplish key objectives from start to finish.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support delivery.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

    • 3-6 years of Human Resources Experience
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of Recruiting Experience
    • Minimum of 3-4 Learning Management Systems Experience
    • Minimum of 3-4 years Compliance experience required.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years Analytics experience required.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years Training experience required.
    • Must have experience writing narratives to support data analysis.
    • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred.
    • Must have superior MS office skills including report development and presentation.
    • Must have an aptitude for technological integration.
    • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment.
    • Prior recruitment department oversight required.
    • Employee relations, training and recruitment, compliance experience required.
    • Labor Law/Management experience required.
    • Current with compliance/best practices issues via recent continuing education
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with systems development and implementation, project management
    • Excellent initiative, work ethic and creativity.
    • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.

    The Performance Managerwill be supporting and collaborating with Business leaders, senior leadership, national account managers, regional performance managers, security operations managers & site managers on a variety of business aspects including disciplinary actions, policies and procedures, compliance, HRIS systems, training, recruiting, etc. Partnership with the field on these topics is an integral part of this role. Knowledge of Kronos a plus.
