Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Division Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs. The Performance Managerwill be supporting and collaborating with Business leaders, senior leadership, national account managers, regional performance managers, security operations managers & site managers on a variety of business aspects including disciplinary actions, policies and procedures, compliance, HRIS systems, training, recruiting, etc. Partnership with the field on these topics is an integral part of this role.
