    Top Notch Marketing Solutions, Inc. a local Promotional Marketing and Sales firm is seeking to add In-Store Representatives to their team. We focus on new customer acquisitions and retention for large named clients. We execute our campaigns through well known retailers in Lexington and Nicholasville, KY. We add a specialized approach to customer service and sales by placing our representatives in an easily accessible location. 


    Responsibilities include:

    • Demonstrate effective communication skills
    • Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers
    • Educate customers about our products and services
    • In-store face to face sales with the consumer 

    The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and will provide excellent customer service skills to our customers.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Handles a high volume of work in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
    • At least one year of customer service/retail experience
    • Interest in face to face direct sales 
    • An interest in growing with the company


    We are hiring for full-time hourly (paid weekly) positions that lead to a management role. 
    We have an aggressive expansion plan laid out and are looking to find people who would love to work in a, fun, competitive, positive-minded environment.
