Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a top global firm with an opening for an experienced Credit and Collections Coordinator to assist the Credit Manager with various processes and projects to collect the firm’s accounts receivable. Credit and Collections Coordinator responsibilities to include AR reminder statement process and follow up, obtaining approval and contacting clients regarding past due balances, resolving invoice discrepancies, coordinating the reissue of bills, presenting proposed payment plans to attorneys and clients, communicating with clients regarding payment status, monitoring payment plans, reviewing and analyzing client payment trends, recording notes regarding collection efforts, generating and reviewing reports and assisting with projects as assigned. This is a hybrid job based out of either their Manhattan or Roseland location.
Applicants must have 5 years of accounts receivable collections experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, experience with Excel and Word, and the ability to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Knowledge of MiniSoft ARCS2G law firm collections software and Aderant and experience in a legal setting are preferable.
Pay is $60K-$80K, commensurate with experience.
