Job Description

CBA is a locally owned family business corporation since 1948.

• Daily call center duties which may include assisting customers with their account status, assisting with status updates, and other duties as assigned.
• Follow customer account on the phone and respond to any questions or requests for assistance.
• Follow all Bainbridge, GA state and local laws regarding phone usage and customer interactions.
• Follow all Bainbridge, GA company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while performing duties at the customer site:
• Perform a variety of tasks requiring independent problem solving, problem solving, documentation, communication, organization, and prioritization.
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer service for all contacts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using computers/office software including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Bainbridge, GA without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.
• Must possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the company.
• Must possess good judgement and be able to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
