    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Oversight: Provide hands-on supervision for a varied portfolio of NIH-supporting contracts.

    Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and tracking progress.

    Business Development: Identify new opportunities and craft strategic capture plans to secure future endeavors.

    Market Analysis: Stay informed about government acquisition notices, identifying compatible opportunities.

    Networking: Build relationships with government leaders to unveil and secure new client ventures.

    Strategic Planning: Conduct detailed research and analysis to evaluate opportunities and devise successful strategies.

    Proposal Management: Lead the full capture and proposal lifecycle for specific opportunities, from identification to submission.

    Content Development: Create persuasive proposals, white papers, and relevant materials showcasing our capabilities.

    Reporting: Provide executive-level reports on contract program reviews and potential opportunities.

    Additional Support: Undertake supplementary duties to bolster the team and company objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    5 years of experience supporting NIH or similar federal contracts.

    Proven track record in operational management and federal sector business development.

    Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills.

    Customer Focus: Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication abilities.

    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
