Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Account Executive for our Rental Communications product line. In this role, you will focus on the lucrative event rental market providing these clients with 2-way radios, and other communications systems to ensure people and property are protected during large or small events. You will generate leads, attract new clients, build client relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and builds partnerships with current clients to generate new business and referrals.
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Research prospective customers for information to determine their potential.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) program
Analyzes the territory/markets potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization,
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
3 Years with previous experience in meeting sales goals, closing skills, negotiating, and customer service, or related field.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Clean driving record required
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
