Job Title: Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Must haves: 6 years of Patent Litigation experience, including Trial experience.

Job Location: Greenville, SC-(3 days onsite, 2 days work from home.)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Patent Litigation Attorney with 6 years experience (including trial experience) to join our legal team. In this role, you will represent clients in depositions, motions, and other litigation proceedings involving patent law. You will also provide advice on intellectual property matters and represent clients before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the US District Court and International Trade Commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on patent and intellectual property matters
• Develop strategies and arguments for patent litigation cases
• Represent clients in depositions, motions, and other proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the US District Court and International Trade Commission
• Keep up to date with changes to patent law, legal precedent, and USPTO regulations
• Prepare legal documents and briefs in support of clients patent litigation cases
• Negotiate settlements and licensing agreements
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on patent law and related matters
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Member of the state bar in good standing
• 5 years of legal experience in patent litigation
• Knowledge of USPTO regulations and procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously
