Assistant will be responsible for organizing, communicating, and executing all tasks
Tasks can include everything from managing other employee tasks, helping to project manage real estate deals, making phone calls, coordinating tasks until they are complete, entering and following up with tasks in our CRM, opening and organizing mail, analyzing real estate deals, tracking timelines and critical tasks on real estate projects, creating processes and systems, running errands, etc
Must be great at multitasking and be extremely structured and able to work in a high pressure environment
