As the Executive Director, you will be at the helm of our facility, guiding our strategic
vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective services. Your leadership will

Key Responsibilities:- Lead with Vision: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our team, ensuring

- Financial Stewardship: Manage the facility’s budget, ensuring financial stability

- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and
- accreditation standards, prioritizing client and staff safety.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a substance use treatment or behavioral health facility.
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment
- Proven track record of successful financial management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, or a related field.
