Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Fidelity Investments (or similar custodian), possess strong organizational skills, and excel in delivering world class client service. As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our firm, managing various administrative tasks, and providing support to our clients and advisors.
Responsibilities:
-Perform day-to-day operations of the firm, including account administration, client onboarding, and compliance procedures.
-Collaborate with Fidelity Investments
-Manage client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and confidentiality
-Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks
-Work closely with the entire Compak Team to support client needs
-Assist in the implementation of our operational processes and enhance client experience.
-Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards
Qualifications:
-Experience of working at an RIA in an Operations role and direct experience of using a custodian’s platform (minimum 1 year)
-Understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively
-High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client documents and data
-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field if preferred but not required
