    Team Leadership and Development:

    Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of insurance professionals.

    Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

    Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

    Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure their insurance needs are being met.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    Ensure the agency adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Implement risk management strategies to protect clients and the agency.

    Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance and operational integrity.

    Marketing and Community Engagement:

    Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance the agency’s brand and visibility.

    Utilize digital marketing tools and social media to promote the agency and engage with clients.

    Innovation and Improvement:

    Requirements


    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, CLU) are a plus.

    Experience: Extensive experience in the insurance industry, including senior management or executive roles. Proven track record of driving business growth and managing teams.

    Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain relevant state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).

    Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial management and operational oversight.
