Not only do you have to understand operational processes, but you also have responsibilities for helping everyone get along. From fielding questions from other staff members, agents, and key members of management, to potential client interaction, your communication skills have to be off the chart! You are expected to possess tech skills and problem-solving abilities.
As one of our Admin staff, you will ensure an efficient operation of the office, support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, and be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. It is crucial that you become familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, terminology, and procedures.
