R&D Lab Technician Responsibilities:
· Adhere to lab methods and procedures in accordance with company ISO 9001:2015 procedures

· Perform testing on in-coming raw materials

· Develop custom colors / formulas of pigment dispersions, inks and clears

· Measure and evaluate color matches to customer/company color standards

· Document and maintain accurate records

· Interact with Quality Control and Operations personnel while overseeing first-time production
Qualifications:
· Minimum Associates Degree in Chemistry or related discipline

· 1 – 2 years of lab bench experience

· Able to work with others in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment

· Must have good problem solving skills

· Must have excellent communications and organizational skills

· Strong computer and math skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
