Position: Technical Support Analyst
Client: Network and IT services provider.
Location: Onsite -Random Lake, WI
Direct Hire
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000
Please note: this role requires working onsite in Random Lake, WI. No remote or hybrid work arrangements are available.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset to provide technical assistance to our customers and internal team members.
Responsibilities:- Deliver top-notch technical assistance and support to customers and internal team members through prompt and effective communication via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in an efficient manner
- Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions with detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Proactively identify and address potential technical problems and ensure excellent customer service.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-learning
- Contribute to the overall improvement of processes and procedures within the tech support department
- 2 years of technical support (onsite and remote) and/or networking experience.
- Understanding of network connectivity, protocols, wireless, fiber optic or Cat5 knowledge, Windows.
- Intermediate knowledge of email systems, Routers, Switches, and Linux Operating Systems
- Consistency in and commitment to delivering excellent customer service and communications.
- This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday.
