About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst for a full-time contract position based in League City, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, with a focus on application support and ITIL principles. This role requires a critical view of IT processes and solutions, along with proficiency in Microsoft 0365, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide application support, troubleshooting IT systems, and resolving IT-related issues
- Utilize expertise in ITIL principles to streamline processes and enhance system performance
- Experience with Microsoft 0365, SharePoint, and Power Apps to optimize productivity and collaboration
- Proficiency in SAP for documentation and workflow management
- Knowledge of basic business processes within the production industry to improve operational workflows
- Implement cyber measures to ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure and data
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in application support within the production industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues
- Familiarity with Microsoft 0365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and SAP
- Understanding of IT security measures and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
