    Oak Hill is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, posting and transfer processes. This individual will provide leadership, support, advocacy and vision to a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and support staff. This individual must be able to immediately address and solve problems related to recruitment, as well as assist in the development of new strategies and programs to attract candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have superior communication skills, the ability to coach and motivate a team, and the ability to work with a large audience including senior staff, department heads and hiring managers.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field and a minimum of five years of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
    • Strong communication skills are essential, with advanced writing skills and the ability to draft recruiting communications and advertising.
    • Capable of effectively building positive work partnerships within multiple levels of the company.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems required.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to recruiting as required.
    • Ability to effectively present information to top management and groups.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Leads, supports, and drives the strategic direction for the talent acquisition team, as they manage the recruiting function to hire and retain high quality team members.
    • Manages and streamlines the recruitment process, including but not limited to: job postings, souring, interviewing, hiring, and candidate management.
    • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
    • Meets regularly with direct reports and provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
    • Recruits, interviews, and hires candidates.
    • Manages the transfer process.
    • Implements and evaluates agency policies and procedures on recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding.
    • Facilitates talent acquisition meetings with senior management in all business units and records notes for these meetings.
    • Provides training on the hiring process, policies and procedures, and best practices to leaders within the organization.
    • Tracks talent acquisition metrics and completes timely reports.
    • Networks and maintains relationships and serves as a liaison with industry contacts, colleges, employment agencies, colleagues, etc., to identify candidates (active and passive).
    • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
    • Builds and maintains strong relationships with leaders throughout the organization.
    • Remains current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, union contract guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
    • Develops initiatives to help increase organization’s brand as the premier employer by participating in community networking events, careers fairs and various trainings.
    • Serves as the lead liaison between Oak Hill and third-party vendors and/or administrators of programs and/or vendors.
    • Assists in developing communication tools to enhance the marketing and understanding of company’s recruitment and benefits packages.
