Talent Acquisition Coordinator jobs in New Jersey

Our client is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their team in Egg Harbor Twp.

The TA Coordinator will be responsible for :

• Handling administrative tasks such as : Posting jobs, Preparing job offer letters, Organize candidates’ data (. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct first day orientation.
• Will have exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
