Job Description/Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by efficiently managing the scheduling of interviews, creating offer letters, and coordinating pre-employment screening activities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage interview logistics, including room reservations, video conferencing setups, and any special requirements. Prepares offer letters, initiate and monitor progress of pre-employment screens
- Supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) team on all aspects of candidates’ interview process, which will include expediting the scheduling and coordination of interviews, candidate travel & expense reimbursement. Troubleshoot all issues related to candidate experience process and propose countermeasures for any gaps.
- Will work closely with TA, Human Resources and Hiring Managers at all levels of the business to help drive a world class candidate hiring experience in quick and efficient manner.
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates through the recruitment process. Respond to candidate inquiries related to interviews and travel are facilitated in a timely fashion to ensure the best candidate experience possible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant databases. Assist candidates, hiring managers and TA with any questions related to the Applicant Tracking System.
- Establish well organized priorities for yourself. Provide the appropriate parties with regular feed back and timely updates. Integral part of the government affairs team and its issues and projects.
- Ensure compliance across the TA Team by spot checking requisitions for adherence to compliance and internal processes.
- Assist with creation of training materials, work instructions, and process documents for TA. Continually identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use Performance Development System (PDS) to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position’s outcomes. Support the widespread use of PDS and support company culture within the organization.
- Utilize Career Development System (CDS) to identify training needs and design development curriculum, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
A successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1 year relevant experience (minimum)
