Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the design and development of new products, systems, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
- Implement best practices for system design, data collection, and project scheduling
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in engineering management with a focus on electrical knowledge
- Strong background in system design, data collection, and CAD software
- Experience with logic controllers and project scheduling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
